It took about 15 minutes to make each door not including the time it took for the glue to dry. Make sure you have the kreg jig to the right setting. Once you have your panel cut make kreg jig pilot holes following ana s directions. And if you are starting with wood that is already surfaced and squared then you can build the entire door with just a table saw and miter saw.

Shaker style doors are easy to build using basic shop tools like a table saw router and miter saw. Figuring the length of the stiles is easy.
